Pawel Szydlowski, a 30-year-old Polish software developer, created an app called Zuckoff that he says can detect nearby smart glasses and estimate their distance. He built the app after seeing videos of people using Meta smart glasses to record and identify unsuspecting strangers. The app has garnered 5,000 users since its launch on Apple's App Store last month. A Pro version allows users to receive notifications for nearby recording smart glasses even when the app is not open.
