A magistrate court in Kano has sentenced Usman Musa, known as Majidadin Yan Tik Tok, to 13 months in prison for obscene remarks and public nuisance. The court, presided over by Magistrate Hadiza Muhammad Hassan, convicted him on charges of conspiracy, causing public nuisance, and making obscene and indecent remarks. He was sentenced to seven months or a fine of N70,000 for conspiracy, three months without option of fine for public nuisance, and three months without option of fine for obscene remarks. The court also ordered him to delete all obscene comments and videos from his TikTok account.
