The Delta State Government has launched the Bail Information Management System (BIMS) to reduce delays in bail administration and address congestion in correctional centres. As part of the launch, designated court registrars underwent training on Tuesday at the High Court Complex, Asaba. The initiative aims to ease pre-trial detention processes across the state.
