A Federal High Court in Abuja has returned a fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by Adeniyi Adeyemi to its registry for reassignment. Adeyemi, who is detained and identified as the fake Director-General of the Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council (PFIPC), had his case declined for hearing after the court found that a 72-hour period had not been complied with. The suit will now be reassigned to another judge.
