The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has launched the National Movement for Safe Loading and Safe Road Use at a policy dialogue in Abuja. The initiative, themed 'Ending Overloading, Saving Lives,' calls for shared responsibility across the transportation value chain. FRSC Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed highlighted that overloading compromises vehicle safety and accelerates deterioration, leading to increased crash rates. The event was organized in partnership with Business Day Media Limited and brought together various stakeholders.
