The Executive Chairman of Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government, Hon. Usman Hamzat, has inaugurated the 110-unit Goldrim Plaza in Ojodu-Berger, Lagos State. The plaza, developed by Goldrim Construction Company, houses a mix of businesses including financial institutions, medical suppliers, boutiques, salons, IT firms, logistics companies and foodstuff suppliers. Hamzat said the project is expected to strengthen commercial activity along the Lagos corridor and support his administration's goal of making Ifako-Ijaiye a major commercial hub.
