Lesotho Participates in the Meeting of the Africa Regional Ministerial Mid-term Review of the Doha Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries

The Kingdom of Lesotho participated in the Africa Ministerial Mid-term Review of the Doha Programme of Action for Least Developed Countries held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The delegation was led by H.E. Mr Matete 'Nena, Permanent Representative of Lesotho to the United Nations in New York, supported by officials from various ministries and missions. The meeting aimed to prepare African countries for the Global Mid-term Review assessing progress in implementing the DPoA Decade 2022–31, to be held in Doha, Qatar in March 2027. Lesotho chaired a session on leveraging the power of science and technology.
