Lesotho–South Africa Bi-National Commission (BNC) Mid-term Review Concludes in Pretoria

The inaugural Mid-Term Review of the Second Session of the Lesotho–South Africa Bi-National Commission concluded in Pretoria on 9 September 2026 after three days of deliberations. The Lesotho delegation was led by Mr. Thabang Lekhela, Principal Secretary of Foreign Affairs and International Relations, who co-chaired the review with Ambassador Tebogo Seokolo of South Africa's DIRCO. Lekhela expressed appreciation for South Africa's hospitality and highlighted progress across the five Sectoral Clusters, emphasising the need to move from dialogue to implementation.
