The Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) has intensified engagements with oil and gas stakeholders ahead of a proposed Oil and Gas Investment Summit in Beijing, China, later this year. The commission's chairman, Dr Mohammed Bello Shehu, said at a breakfast meeting in Abuja on Wednesday that the meeting aimed to exchange views on attracting more investment into Nigeria's oil and gas industry. Shehu said the summit will present investment opportunities across the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments, and inform investors about ongoing reforms, technological innovations, financing options, and policy measures affecting ease of doing business. He noted that RMAFC's participation is based on its constitutional mandate.
