The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has praised a court order directing the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to recognize and use the party's modified digital logo. The party also instructed its candidates and members to use only the approved two-finger logo on all campaign materials. The Federal High Court in Abuja granted the order in a suit seeking to compel INEC to upload and use the modified logo. The NDC said the modified logo replaces the old association logo with which it was originally registered.
