We asked AI how it could kill humanity. Here's what it told us.

Some AI researchers have expressed concerns that artificial intelligence could harm or wipe out humanity. In response, four of the most-used generative AI tools were asked how an AI doomsday could occur. The AI models identified human misuse of AI as a more immediate risk than AI itself. They also ranked commonly cited extinction scenarios from least to most plausible.
