Leeds United forward Noah Okafor has made himself unavailable for the Switzerland national team while Murat Yakin remains manager. The 26-year-old said his trust in the coach has been broken and that commitments were not kept. Okafor, who has 26 international appearances, said his decision was not related to playing time, adding that criticism of minor mistakes he made after coming on against Algeria affected him.
