Hafsat Abubakar, a 27-year-old woman arrested over the alleged creation and circulation of a forged document claiming that OPay was shutting down, has spoken out. She said she deleted the post and publicly apologised after OPay flagged it as fake. She was arrested five days later following a petition by OPay.
