The Action Peoples Party (APP) has described the planned removal of its billboards in Ideato Federal Constituency, Imo State, as provocative, alleging it would contravene a court order. The party's media coordinator, Charles Okafor, said the billboards were approved and paid for but were marked for removal by local government authorities. Okafor said the party had petitioned security agencies and argued that billboard regulation falls under the Imo State Signage Agency.
