A US appeals court has upheld a lower court's block on President Donald Trump's executive order curbing mail-in ballots. The three-judge panel of the First Circuit unanimously affirmed the injunction, which bars the US Postal Service from implementing a plan that critics say would restrict ballot distribution. The court agreed that the order could disenfranchise millions of voters. The Trump administration has already appealed the case to the Supreme Court.
