The Ekiti State Police Command has ordered a thorough investigation into the alleged killing of 25-year-old Kehinde Onizeokaraga by her husband, Ibrahim Sodiq. Sodiq, a butcher known as Alfa Eleran, reportedly attacked Kehinde with a machete during a marital disagreement in Ado-Ekiti on Wednesday. The incident occurred at the residence of Lamidi, a friend of Kehinde's father, where efforts were being made to settle their differences. The state Commissioner of Police, Michael Falade, confirmed the investigation and assured that the perpetrator would be brought to justice, while the victim's family accused Sodiq of fleeing the scene and demanded justice.
