Senator Oluremi Tinubu, Nigeria's First Lady, described Ndigbo as very nice people during a one-day official visit to Anambra State. She made the remark at Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square in Awka after being conferred with the chieftaincy title 'Ugoeze Anambra' by the state council of traditional rulers. Mrs. Tinubu also commissioned a Technological Centre at the Federal Polytechnic, Oko, and praised Governor Chukwuma Soludo's administration as superb. She expressed appreciation for the warm reception and said she would return to the state to show her gratitude.
