Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, known as 'The Merchant of Hope,' has spent about 15 years in public service focusing on policy, law, social welfare, and social protection. As the pioneer Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA), she leads over 100 professionals in combating sexual and gender-based violence. Her work includes survivor support, advocacy, prevention, and public education, as well as authoring books on domestic violence, sexual violence, self-love, and body safety. As Lagos observes Domestic and Sexual Violence Awareness Month, her leadership highlights the need for greater awareness and collective action against abuse.
