JR Farms Group and the Liberia Ministry of Agriculture have signed the implementation of a $60 million coffee partnership to spur development across the coffee value chain in Liberia. The implementation follows a partnership agreement signed in Monrovia on June 8, 2026. The 20-year partnership covers the development of commercial-scale coffee nurseries in five counties, registration and onboarding of over 200,000 farmers nationwide, training of extension workers and farmers, development of coffee washing stations, and market infrastructure to place Liberian coffee in the global market. The partnership aligns with the Liberian Government's focus on coffee as the sole priority crop under a Food and Agriculture Organisation project.
