Bauchi State Commissioner for Education Alhaji Abdulkadir Ibrahim has urged newly recruited nomadic teachers to demonstrate patience, professionalism and discipline. The charge was delivered through the director of Administration and Human Resources, Alhaji Abdullahi Bappa, during an orientation workshop organised by the Bauchi State Agency for Nomadic Education (BASANE). Ibrahim said patience, sacrifice and dedication are essential for teachers posted to nomadic and hard-to-reach communities. The chairman of BASANE, Alhaji Imamu Adamu Itas, also urged the teachers to adhere to the ethics and standards of the teaching profession.
