Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has said that increased revenue from fuel subsidy removal is being used for development projects across the state. Over the past three and a half years, the state has seen significant investments in roads, flyovers, and other infrastructure. Some residents and political supporters outside the ruling party have acknowledged the visible changes. The Nasarawa example raises questions about how effectively available resources are converted into public value in Nigeria.
