President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) have asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to dismiss a suit filed by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Action Democratic Congress (ADC). The suit, marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1888/2026, alleges forgery. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reported that Atiku and the ADC are the plaintiffs in the case. The defendants are seeking a total dismissal of the action.
