The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has applauded a Federal High Court judgment in Abuja directing the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to upload and utilise the party's modified digital logo. The party's national publicity secretary, Osa Director, said in a statement that at its first National Executive Committee meeting on March 25, 2026, the NDC approved the modified logo and forwarded it to INEC. He said INEC initially uploaded the new logo but later removed it and reinstated the old association logo without valid reason. The court granted the NDC's prayers to compel INEC to use the modified logo as contained in the party's constitution.
