Buni Tasks APC Reconciliation Committees On Unity, Victory

Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni has inaugurated reconciliation committees for the three senatorial districts of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to resolve internal disputes and unite aggrieved members ahead of the 2027 general elections. The committees were inaugurated at the Wawa Hall, Government House, Damaturu, and are tasked with reconciling members affected by recent party congresses and primary elections and strengthening the APC's grassroots structure. Governor Buni, represented by his deputy Idi Barde Gubana, charged the committee members to place the party's interests above personal interests and work towards sustainable unity. He said the members were selected based on their track records, commitment, and dedication to the party, and urged them to justify the confidence reposed in them.
