New York is marking the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks with a ceremony. President Donald Trump is absent from the New York event and will instead pay respects at the Pentagon. Vice President JD Vance and four former presidents are expected at Ground Zero. The ceremony includes reading the names of the 2,977 victims and ringing a bell at key moments.
