The Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Waidi Shaibu, has charged 43 graduating officers to deploy their competencies to add value to the newly created divisions. He gave the charge during the graduation ceremony for the officers. The army chief said the officers' skills would be important to the effectiveness of the new divisions. The graduating officers are expected to apply their training in their respective assignments.
