She observes that wealthy individuals know the value of their business and are willing to haggle over prices for services like WiFi, telecom, streaming, legal fees, and hospital bills. Although Americans are generally averse to haggling, Tu suggests that shopping for commodity services is a good starting point. She shared these insights in an interview with Business Insider.
