T-Mobile CFO Peter Osvaldik said he is not worried about Elon Musk's cellular ambitions through SpaceX's Starlink. Speaking at Citi's 2026 Global TMT Conference, Osvaldik stated that Starlink is “not a competitive threat from a wireless perspective at all.” He added that “everybody in the know” is “laughing” at parts of Starlink's plans. While Starlink satellites provide coverage in remote areas, Osvaldik suggested it faces different challenges in urban environments.
