The Special Adviser to the Ogun State Governor on Information and Strategy, Kayode Akinmade, said that a 4.646-hectare parcel of land at Fere Village, Jibowu, along the Abeokuta-Sagamu Expressway, was assessed at N334,493,200. The original applicant, Adijat Jumoke Busari, failed to pay the land cost within the required 60-day deadline. The statement was made in response to inquiries about the land allocation.
