Atiku Abubakar and the African Democratic Congress (ADC) have filed a suit seeking to amend their case aimed at disqualifying President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) from contesting the 2027 presidential election. The suit, brought before Justice Inyang Ekwo, alleges that President Tinubu submitted a forged National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The plaintiffs are seeking to amend the suit.
