Billionaire Bill Koch sold his Aspen, Colorado, compound at auction for $33.5 million, far below the original $125 million asking price. The 52-acre property includes a main lodge, seven cabins, and numerous luxury amenities. Koch bought the compound for $26.5 million in 2007 and later added 31 acres. After listing it traditionally without finding a buyer, he turned to auction.
