Nigeria's Tobi Amusan won silver in the women's 100m hurdles at the inaugural World Athletics Ultimate Championships in Budapest on Friday. She finished second in 12.34 seconds behind American Olympic champion Masai Russell, who won in 12.22 seconds. The result marked another global podium finish for Amusan, who had held the world record of 12.12 seconds set in 2022 until Russell broke it last month with a time of 12.09 seconds in Zurich.
