Newcastle United defender Lewis Hall has signed a new contract running until 2031, a two-year extension to his original deal. The left-back, who has been the subject of interest from Manchester United, said it was a really proud moment to extend his stay as a boyhood supporter of the club. Hall, 22, said he has a family connection with Newcastle and that he is pleased with the team's start to the season under new head coach Matthias Jaissle and the coaching staff.
