The Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF) is mourning the death of Chief Albert Korubo Horsfall, a founding member of its Board of Trustees. Horsfall died on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at the age of 84. He was a former Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS) and the National Intelligence Agency (NIA). He also served as the founding Chairman of OMPADEC and as a pioneer Presidential Adviser on Niger Delta affairs.
