Fertility experts have observed a growing trend of foreigners and Nigerians in the diaspora seeking in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatment in Nigeria. They attribute this to the relatively lower cost of the procedure compared to other countries. The experts spoke at a joint meeting of the Association for Fertility and Reproductive Health and the African Federation of Fertility Societies to raise awareness about fertility issues.
