Criminal groups are reportedly posing as civil society organisations and humanitarian workers to traffic children from vulnerable families. The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) has responded by increasing surveillance. The agency is working to expose these new tactics used by child traffickers.
