‎ National Theatre to Boost Northern Artists with Creative Economy, Financial Literacy Drive

The National Theatre has launched an initiative to integrate Northern Nigerian artists into the creative economy through funding, financial literacy, and practical skills. The General Manager, Tola Akerele, announced this at the Kano Creative Summit, stating the programme aims to decentralise access to opportunities beyond Lagos. The summit was described as a deliberate effort to address the imbalance in access to arts opportunities.
