Oando Energy Resources Nigeria Limited (OERNL), a subsidiary of Oando Plc, has commenced a 12-month drilling engineering training programme. The programme is aimed at boosting the oil and gas workforce with digital skills. It is part of efforts to enhance local capacity in the sector. The training will cover drilling engineering and digital aspects over the one-year period.
