Ben Adam Shemang, a former Director of Training and Director of News at Voice of Nigeria, has authored a book titled "The Asholio Heritage." The book documents the history, identity, and way of life of the Asholio people in Southern Kaduna, Nigeria. It explores their cultural identity, farming practices, and social structure, while also addressing how modernisation threatens their heritage. Shemang holds a B.A. in English from Ahmadu Bello University and postgraduate diplomas in journalism and law, as well as a master's in criminology and security studies.
