The Edo State Police Command has recovered one of two Toyota Highlander vehicles stolen during a robbery at the residence of Hon. Kennedy Odion, the ADC chairman in the state. The robbery occurred on September 6, 2026, at his home in Ihie Community, where armed robbers also took phones and other valuables. The vehicle was found in the New Benin area of Benin City after intelligence-led operations. The Commissioner of Police, Patrick Daaor, had directed the Violent Crime Response Unit to recover the stolen property and pursue the perpetrators.
