AGCOMS International Trading Limited launched the AGCOMS Academy to address the shortage of skilled operators, technicians, and managers in Nigeria's agricultural mechanisation efforts. CEO Chijioke Okoli stated that while investments in tractors and equipment have been made, human capacity development has been neglected. He noted that the skills deficit could determine whether expensive machinery becomes productive or remains underutilised.
