The African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate in Sokoto State, Hon. Manir Muhammad Dan'iya, has criticised the state government over the worsening insecurity in parts of the state. He called for urgent measures to protect residents and displaced communities. Dan'iya cited recent attacks and displacement from communities including Girkau, Romon Liman, and Romon Sarki.
