The family of the late National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bamanga Tukur, has fixed Sunday, September 13, 2026, for his burial in Yola, Adamawa State. Tukur died on Saturday in Abuja at the age of 90, three days before his 91st birthday. He is survived by two wives and 18 children, including Auwal Tukur, the Secretary to the Government of Adamawa State. Funeral prayers will be held at the Lamido's Palace by 10:00 a.m. before interment.
