The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has mourned the death of its former National Chairman, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur. Both factions of the party described him as a committed member who contributed immensely to the party's development. The Wike-backed PDP and the Interim National Working Committee led by Kabiru Tanimu Turaki issued separate statements. Tukur was also praised for his distinguished career in public administration, private sector, and international business.
