The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA) boss, Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, has stated that abusive childhoods and toxic homes fuel violent behaviour in most adults. She noted that this hinders the fight against gender-based violence (GBV). The agency is calling for more attention to be paid to the root causes of violence.
