The Osun State government has criticized ASUU's National Executive Council for not acknowledging its efforts in implementing the 2025 FGN-ASUU Agreement at Osun State University. A statement by Commissioner Oluomo Kolapo Alimi noted that the state implemented the agreement before the federal government and has started paying arrears. ASUU had commended some state governments but omitted Osun State.
