President of Seychelles, Dr Patrick Herminie, and Vice President Mr Sébastien Pillay paid their last respects to Sergeant O'Neal Franchette at his funeral at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Sergeant Franchette served in the Seychelles Defence Forces for 14 years and was promoted to Sergeant in November 2023. The funeral service was conducted by Deacon Louis Agathine.
