The Bauchi State Police Command has arrested a 53-year-old man, Gambo Hassan, also known as “Anahaka”, of Igbo Quarters, Bauchi, for alleged involvement in a series of kidnappings. The arrest was made through intelligence-led policing and resilience in covert operations by detectives of the command. Hassan is also being investigated in connection with alleged rape and armed robbery, among other offences.
