PwC US is planning to form a joint venture with PwC India that will merge its India-based offshore delivery hubs, known as Acceleration Centers, with PwC India's consulting arm. The move was announced in an internal memo sent to staff on Saturday by US CEO Paul Griggs. Griggs said the joint venture will improve access to talent and technology and help PwC compete more effectively as a global network.
