Angel Crawford and her husband own 18 rental properties in northeastern Louisiana, where Meta is building its largest data center to date in Richland Parish. Construction for the AI data center has begun in Holly Ridge, an unincorporated community about 10 minutes from their home in Delhi. Crawford said RV and mobile home parks are booming due to the influx of workers, who make up most of their tenants. The couple, originally from the area, started investing in real estate after moving around for their nursing careers.
